Stebbing and Cambridge

Leaving Great Yarmouth for Stebbing we stopped briefly at Lowenstoft. Warm, but no one on the beach. Lots of chimneys on the houses.

Approaching Stebbing we stopped at medieval Coggeshall for a coffee.

Cambridge On our last day we visited Cambridge, with its many centuries-old colleges. We visited the breath-taking King's College Chapel (no photos), where the organist was practicing. Can't imagine how a building built in the 15th century can survive that thunder.

Lunch by the river Cam, watching the punters ply their trade.

A green, and more autumn crocuses.

And one last thatched cottage to send us on our way.

And the last morning it's up early, head to Stansted airport,
fill the car with gas, turn it in, and wait for Zoom to
zoom us back to Canada (very comfortably, by the way).
