On the bus trip to Luhan the toll booth was Chinese in architecture. Some lanes look to be automated (did not notice at the time). There were some new single family dwellings, the only ones we saw on our trip, on farms which are still farmed by hand. |
| We were on the 25th floor of our Howard Johnson's hotel in Wuhan - a far cry from any Howard Johnson's I have seen at home. Unfortunately, we just had time to check in after supper, put out our bags and grab a few hours shut-eye before heading to the airport for our flight to Shanghai then home. |
